Pierre Antoine Ghibaut

Pierre Antoine Ghibaut is a real estate development professional with extensive experience in various roles across the industry. Currently, Pierre serves as Développeur Foncier for Eiffage Immobilier in the Centre-Val de Loire region since May 2023. Prior to this, Pierre was the Directeur du Développement for SOPIC Paris from February 2021 to April 2023, and held the position of Responsable de Développement Résidentiel France at IMMOBEL from January 2017 to January 2021, during which Pierre oversaw the acquisition of Nafilyan & Partners. Pierre's career also includes roles such as Prospecteur Foncier at EAD and commercial positions at Gulf Precast Concrete Company L.L.C. and COGEP.
