Adrian Menczyk

Adrian Menczyk is an experienced executive in the construction and infrastructure sector, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at Eiffage Infra-Bau since September 2025. Previously, Menczyk held the position of CTO at SORAVIA from May 2022 to September 2025 and worked as a Consultant at Alexander Lindhorst Verwaltungs GmbH for a brief period in late 2021. Menczyk was also Geschäftsführer at Behrendt Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG from June 2018 to May 2021, overseeing personnel management for 110 employees and leading major modernization and renovation projects. At PORR Deutschland, from December 2012 to May 2018, Menczyk served in multiple roles including Technical Branch Manager and Head of Major Projects (Building Construction), with comprehensive responsibility for projects exceeding EUR 30 million. Earlier experience includes the role of Senior Construction Manager at ZECH Bau between July 2007 and November 2012, focusing on project acquisition and ensuring quality in construction execution. Menczyk holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Civil Engineering from Technische Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig.
