Emelyne Lestang

Emelyne Lestang has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as Director - Asset Management | Operating Partner at Eiffel Investment Group since June 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and worked as an Investment Director at Elzéard from November 2020 to April 2023. At Elzéard, they played a key role in creating an asset management company and managing a Venture fund focused on social and territorial impact.

Prior to that, Emelyne held multiple roles at Smurfit Kappa, including Marketing & Communication Director for the Paper Division Europe, Marketing & Communication Director for France, Plant Director, Personal Assistant to the CEO & Synergies Coordinator for France, and Global Sourcing Project Manager. During their time at Smurfit Kappa, they successfully restructured a plant, streamlined costs, and achieved significant sales growth.

Emelyne began their career as a Consultant in management consulting at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting) from May 2006 to May 2008.

Emelyne also holds a Diploma Superior de Español de la Cámara de Comercio Franco-Española from Chambre Franco-Espagnole de Commerce et d'Industrie, obtained in 2003.
