Charlene Baum

Charlene Baum is an experienced restaurant manager with a solid background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at the Eiffel Tower restaurant since January 2023, Charlene previously held the position of Restaurant General Manager at Fine Entertainment Management from September 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Charlene worked at Wynn Las Vegas, where responsibilities included both Restaurant General Manager and Restaurant Manager roles from November 2016 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Charlene served as Assistant Director of Cocktails at Bellagio from December 2009 to November 2016. Charlene holds a degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
