Rini Kwak-Klink

Rini Kwak-Klink has extensive experience in healthcare and social work, currently serving as an Eigen Kracht coordinator at Eigen Kracht Centrale since October 2011. From May 2011 to April 2018, Rini was the owner of SKik!, providing education and advisory services in healthcare and welfare. Additional roles include project leader at Care Academy Veluwe and guest lecturer at Hogeschool Windesheim, specializing in social innovation. Prior experience includes coordinating educational processes at Avenier, HRM/D consultancy at Estinea, and HRM consultancy and teaching at Hogeschool Windesheim. Rini holds a master's degree in Orthopedagogiek from the University of Groningen and completed a coaching program at HAN University of Applied Sciences.
