Lance currently serves as the Managing Director for Eight Days a Week Print Solutions, Eight Plus, and has held various leadership roles in companies such as The Lettershop Group, MarketReach from Royal Mail, and Eclipse 4dm. Lance has a strong track record of increasing profitability, managing sales teams, and developing successful business strategies. Lance holds a degree in Print Technology from Southfields College and has also completed a Management Acceleration Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
