Nate Browning

Nate Browning has extensive experience in the staffing industry, with their most recent position being the Director of Diversity & Community Engagement at Eight Eleven Group. In this role, they are responsible for driving diversity and inclusion goals, as well as alumni communication and engagement. Before that, Nate held various roles at Brooksource, including Director of Indianapolis Operations, Delivery Manager - National Services, Lead Recruiter - National Services, and Technical Recruiter. Throughout their tenure at Brooksource, they were involved in recruitment, account management, training, and business development. Nate'sexperience spans across different industries and client types, ranging from enterprise level to Fortune 500 companies.

Nate Browning completed their undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky from 2004 to 2008, earning a BA degree in Integrated Strategic Communications. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from The Ohio State University in 2022.
