Vikas Chanani

Vikas Chanani is a seasoned telecommunications professional and co-founder of eight telecom, a rapidly growing MVNO established in November 2023. With extensive experience in product development and business strategy, Vikas served as Head of Mobile Product and New Business at StarHub from April 2017 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading product teams and driving customer acquisition and retention. Prior roles at Singtel included Associate Director for Digital Payments and Senior Manager for Mobile Money, focusing on growth in digital payment services and mobile money initiatives. Vikas also has analytical experience from Frost & Sullivan and a background in R&D engineering at Nokia Siemens Networks. Vikas holds a Global MBA in Marketing from S P Jain Centre of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
