Jessica Xu

Jessica Xu is a seasoned professional in mechanical and biomedical engineering, currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer at Eight Sleep since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Neocis, where Jessica focused on designing surgical instruments that enhance surgeon workflow and patient experience. Notable accomplishments include creating a computer vision-integrated handheld device that significantly improved measurement accuracy and leading the development of a wheelchair attachment during time as a co-founder at MIT D-Lab.
