Damien Shernon Goone has worked in a variety of roles in the sales and business development space since 2010. Damien Shernon began their career as a Management Trainee at Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Ltd., where they completed a Graduate Training program and was responsible for planning and executing marketing and sales strategies. Damien Shernon then moved on to become a Manager Territory Sales at MAC Holdings (Private) Limited in 2011. In 2014, they joined WSO2 as an Account Manager and was later promoted to Associate Lead Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. In 2019, they became the Sales & Partnerships Lead at Novigi Pty Ltd, where they were responsible for assisting the clients services team to acquire new Data & Interoperability clients in the University, Aged Care and Superannuation Sectors. Most recently, in 2020, they were hired as a Senior Account Executive and Manager, Enterprise Sales at EIGHT25MEDIA, a web design firm, and as Sales Director at QUICK2DOOR PTY LTD, a transportation and logistic services provider.
