Amith Ingua

Amith Ingua has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as a Management Trainee HR at Wipro. From there, they worked as a SAP HCM Consultant before moving on to HCL AXON, where they held various roles as a Solutions Architect and Managing Consultant in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Amith then joined Astellas Pharma Europe as a SAP HR and SuccessFactors Solution Architect, leading the global HR Application management team. At Vodafone, they worked as an SF Solution Architect and HR Integration Lead, providing technical leadership and engaging with internal clients. Amith later joined Deloitte as a SuccessFactors Solution Architect and HR Integration Architect. Most recently, they have been working at Successnow Consulting, and is currently the Director of Solution Architecture at Eightfold, where they previously held roles as a Senior Talent Solution Architect and Talent Solution Architect - EMEA.

Amith Ingua received a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Bangalore University in 2000. Amith then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Financial Planning and Services from Bangalore University, completing their studies in 2002.
