Betsy Ayala has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently, they are the Director of People Strategy & Internal Communications at Eightfold. Prior to this, they held the position of Director, Employer Brand & Internal Communications at the same company. Betsy also worked as a Senior Talent Attraction Brand Manager at New Relic, Inc. where they led global recruitment marketing strategy and increased the diversity pipeline. At DocuSign, Betsy served as a Senior Employer Brand Manager and Talent Brand & Internal Communications Editorial Manager. Betsy also worked at Yahoo and BrightRoll, where they focused on talent community management and employer branding. Additionally, Betsy has experience as an Events & Communications Manager at SFGG Rugby, a Visual Merchandiser at Nordstrom, and a Prop Master at San Francisco Playhouse.
