Madhu Mathihalli

Madhu Mathihalli is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product management and machine learning. Currently serving as VP & GM of Product at Eightfold AI since May 2025 and an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council since January 2022, Madhu co-founded Hermis, Inc., which focuses on improving employee onboarding processes, from September 2020 to May 2025. Prior roles include Director of Machine Learning at ServiceNow, following the acquisition of Passage AI where Madhu was CTO & Co-Founder, and Sr. Director of Customer Acquisition & Retention at Walmart, overseeing substantial marketing budgets. Additional experience encompasses engineering and software development roles at Kosmix, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, BMC Software, and Oracle. Madhu holds a B.E. in Computer Science from the University of Mysore.
