He Guan Ru has a diverse work experience in the LED industry. They started their career at EPISTAR as an R&D engineer and project leader, overseeing the development of lll-Nitride LED technology. They also conducted market research and successfully introduced the company's products to customers. At Monolith Studio, they co-founded the company and utilized crowdfunding platforms to test concepts and launch products. They then worked at Everlight Electronics as a Product Specialist, responsible for coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery. They joined Lextar Electronics as a Senior Product Marketing Specialist, where they analyzed pricing, introduced new products, and implemented cost reduction strategies. At Macroblock Inc., they served as a Senior Marketing Manager, focusing on Mini LED module products and marketing development. Currently, they are the Director of Product and Marketing at Porotech.

He Guan Ru obtained a Master's degree in Electro-Optical Engineering from the National Changhua University of Education from 2010 to 2012.
