Rodney Brown

Rodney Brown has extensive work experience in human resources, particularly in roles related to policy development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Rodney served as the Human Resources Director for EIHAB Human Services, Inc. from 2019, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as compliance, benefits, and recruitment. Prior to that, they worked at NYC Health + Hospitals for over 15 years, holding positions such as Senior Associate Director, Director of Labor Relations, and Assistant Personnel Director. During their tenure, they oversaw the administration of HR policies and programs, managed labor relations with multiple unions, and handled disciplinary cases and grievance conferences. Rodney also worked as a Community Liaison Worker, providing counseling and support to special needs adolescents.

Rodney Brown obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tuskegee University. Rodney attended the university from 1997 to 2001.
