Judith Davis-Helms

Judith Davis-Helms has a diverse work experience in risk management and safety. Judith currently holds the position of Director of Risk Management at EIIA since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Risk Management & Insurance at Concordia Plan Services from 2020 to 2023. In this role, they managed national claims for the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and Concordia Universities.

Before joining Concordia Plan Services, Judith worked at Compass Group from 2011 to 2020. Judith started as the Corporate Claims Director and later became the Corporate Safety Manager. In these positions, they developed safety programs, conducted workplace audits, and managed work comp claims.

Earlier in their career, Judith worked as the Airport Risk Manager at Lambert International Airport from 2008 to 2011. Overall, they have extensive experience in risk management, insurance, safety programs, and claims management.

Judith Davis-Helms holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Lindenwood University. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Louis University. Judith returned to Lindenwood University to pursue another Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, completing it in 2003.
