Prior to this role, Shoaib held various positions at AALOGICS (Pvt) Ltd. from September 2017 to November 2022, culminating in the role of Head of People and Culture after progressing from Senior Manager HR and HR Manager. Shoaib's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager HR at Cubix and Executive Administration at Folio3 Software, along with a brief internship in Human Resources at Soneri Bank Limited. Shoaib holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from ILMA University (formerly IBT) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Karachi University.
