Ayo Balogun is a seasoned procurement and supply chain leader with extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Procurement and Research Supply Chain at Eikon Therapeutics, Ayo has successfully implemented best-in-class procurement solutions and established key performance indicators while expanding the team significantly and reducing supplier base costs. Prior roles include Director of Procurement Operations and Strategic Sourcing at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where Ayo managed substantial global spend and mitigated supply chain challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ayo also held leadership positions at Flex and Cisco Systems, leading sourcing initiatives and product lifecycle management. Ayo's educational background includes a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management, along with a Data Science certification.
