Barbara Howes is an accomplished human resources executive with significant experience in leadership roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Eikon Therapeutics, Barbara has previously contributed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pliant Therapeutics and Principal at Barbara Howes Consulting. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Learning & Organizational Development, as well as Diversity and Inclusion at Genentech, and Vice President of Disney University at The Walt Disney Company. Barbara holds an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior from California Lutheran University, along with a post-graduate certification in Executive Coaching obtained in 2014-2015.
