Nilesh Gulhane

Nilesh Gulhane is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Eimco Elecon India Limited since March 2022. Previously, Nilesh held the position of Deputy Manager of Product Development at JCB India Ltd. from January 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities included design in sheet metal and hydraulics for new product development, supplier finalization, and conducting DFMEA and TR documentation. Nilesh began their career as a Senior Design Engineer at DesignTech Systems Ltd. from May 2011 to 2015, focusing on the design and assembly of mechanical components. Nilesh holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Babasaheb Naik College of Engineering, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
