Gemma Martynwood

Gemma Martynwood is a UK and European Patent Attorney and Partner at EIP since 2012, specializing in physics-related technology, with expertise in patent prosecution, drafting, and litigation, particularly in electronics, computer-related inventions, big data, and image processing. Prior to this, Gemma served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Michigan from 2011 to 2012, contributing to searches for the Higgs boson on the ATLAS experiment. Educational qualifications include a DPhil in Particle Physics from the University of Oxford (2007-2011), a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London (2013-2014), and an MPhys in Physics from the University of Oxford (2003-2007).
