Walter van de Hel

Walter van de Hel has extensive experience in IT and technical support, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and Senior System Administrator at eir evo since May 2015, where responsibilities include senior engineering and L3 support for the Managed Services department. Prior to this role, Walter was with Hewlett-Packard from April 2007 to May 2015, progressing through various positions including GCC Software Virtualization L2 Engineer, NER GSC Software and Business Critical Systems Technical Coach, and Remote Support Engineer, specializing in Microsoft and VMware technologies. Walter began a career in the technology sector as a Microsoft Premier Platform Desktop Engineer, providing support for high-profile customers, and held an earlier role in call center operations with HCN Callcenter. Walter holds a degree from the University of Twente, earned between 1999 and 2006.
