Bernadette Marshall has extensive experience in customer operations and project management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Projects and Site Lead for Limerick at eir Ireland since September 2019, Bernadette also holds the role of Customer Care Operations Manager at open eir since February 2015. Previously, at eircom from April 2009 to February 2015, Bernadette was a key contributor as Business Readiness Lead on the Fibre Transformation Team and eFibre Escalation Manager, successfully developing processes for eFibre escalations and playing an instrumental role in creating a new billing platform alongside over 300 training documents to facilitate staff transition to new systems.
