Des Wynne has over two decades of experience in billing and operational roles at eir Ireland, starting in July 2000 and currently serving as Head of Group Billing. Responsibilities include managing the development of the billing systems consolidation roadmap, contributing to the implementation of billing solutions for eircom's Wholesale operations, and overseeing the Billing Operations function. Previously held positions include Wholesale Billing & Bill Production Manager, Billing Programmes Manager, Senior Billing Analyst, and Rates Manager, where Des Wynne calculated and managed interconnect rates and collaborated with various specialists. Additionally, experience at eircell and eircom involved roles in technical support and recruitment, complemented by a National Diploma in Business Studies with Finance from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
