Stephanie Butler

Stephanie Butler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in programme analysis and planning within the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Programme Analyst for the Celtic Interconnector Team at EirGrid Group since August 2025, Stephanie previously held various roles at Fibrus, including Manager of Fibre Planning and Senior Fibre Planner, from January 2021 to August 2025. Earlier experience includes positions as a Fibre Optic Planner at KN Group and a Design Scientist contracted to Gas Networks Ireland at RPS Europe. Additionally, Stephanie worked as a Digital Cartographer at Northern Ireland Electricity Networks and as a Mapping and Charting Officer at Land and Property Services. With a strong educational background, Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography and a Postgraduate Diploma in Geographical Information Systems from Ulster University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Queen's University Belfast.
