Andrei Kalesnikau

Andrei Kalesnikau, CBAP, has extensive work experience in various roles related to business analysis and management. Andrei began their career in 1996 as a Software Engineer at Euclid Competence Center and later moved to MDTVISION and Matra Datavision in the same role. In 2004, they joined WTC "Minsk" as a Software Engineer. From 2006 to 2010, Andrei worked at STC "Atlas" as a Business & Systems Analyst. Andrei then transitioned to CJSC Belarussian Telecommunication Network, where they served as a Business Analyst and later as the Manager of the Enterprise Solutions Team. In 2011, they joined Exigen Services as a Business Analyst. In 2014, they joined the Educational Center of HTP "IT Academy" as a BA Trainer. Since 2013, Andrei has worked at EIS Ltd, initially as a Business Analyst and later as the Lead Business Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Business Analyst & Regional BA Manager, WW Services at EIS Ltd.

Andrei Kalesnikau, CBAP, holds a higher education diploma in Computer Science from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, which they obtained from 1990 to 1995. Andrei has also obtained additional certifications, including the CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional™) from the International Institute of Business Analyses in June 2014, and the Operational Management Foundation certification from the IPM Business School in July 2011.
