Joey Latham

Joey Latham has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of information technology and finance. Joey is currently the Managing Director at EIS Ltd, a position they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Program Director at the same company from March 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining EIS Ltd, Joey held the position of Program Manager at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee from May 2016 to March 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing program management activities.

Joey's career at Unum Inc. spanned over a significant period. Joey held several roles within the company, including AVP/Information Project Director, Financial Systems from October 2011 to April 2016, Director, Finance Systems from August 2011 to October 2011, Director, Financial Manager II from November 2005 to August 2011, System Project Leader from December 2000 to November 2005, and Programmer Analyst/System Analyst from April 1999 to December 2000. During their tenure at Unum Inc., Joey demonstrated exceptional skills in project management, system implementation, data analysis, and team leadership.

Joey began their career as a Programmer at Tennessee Farmers Mutual from June 1993 to March 1996. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems from March 1996 to April 1999.

Joey Latham completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1990 and 1993. In addition, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2003. Furthermore, they acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2015.
