Marta Herasevich

Marta Herasevich has extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Marta most recently worked at EIS Group Ltd as a Lead Business Analyst, where they collaborated with the strategy team to define the product roadmap and managed the product backlog. Marta conducted research and analysis and documented functional and non-functional requirements in the insurance domain. Marta also implemented business rules using the OpenL Tablets business rules management framework. Prior to that, Marta worked at ISsoft as a Business Analyst, where they held regular meetings with stakeholders to elicit and verify requirements and analyze the system to identify inefficiencies. Marta estimated project features and prepared solution designs with the development team. Marta also served as a Business Analyst at IT Band, participating in all phases of the project lifecycle and consulting the project team on product requirements. In addition, they worked at Cleaning-Plus Ltd. as the Head of the procurement and logistics department, negotiating with suppliers and coordinating shipment and customs clearance procedures. Marta began their career as an Analyst intern at UNITER Investment Company, where they conducted economic sector analysis and prepared analytical reports for the management team.

Marta Herasevich's education history begins with their completion of an Introduction to Actuarial Science certification from edX in February 2022. Following this, they attended the IT Academy in 2016 for a course on Basics of Web Design, HTML, and CSS. In 2015, they also took a course on Business Analysis in IT at the same institution. Prior to their time at the IT Academy, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the Belarusian State Economic University, which they completed between 2008 and 2013. Marta started their educational journey at Lyceum #2, where they studied Mathematics and Physics from 2006 to 2008.
