Natallia Kapatsevich has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Natallia started their career as a Software Testing Engineer at EPAM Systems in 2007, where they worked on projects related to eCommerce software and optimization applications. Natallia then took on roles as a Lead Quality Engineer and Senior Software Testing Engineer, gaining expertise in managing and coordinating quality assurance processes for various projects.

In 2010, Natallia joined EPAM Systems again as a Senior Software Testing Engineer and later as a Technical Lead. Natallia worked on projects related to search engine technology and visual merchandising. Natallia'sresponsibilities included testing, analyzing, and optimizing these software applications.

In 2013, Natallia joined Godel Technologies Europe as a Project Manager and Agile Delivery Coordinator, where they provided support and coordination for agile project delivery. Natallia then transitioned to a role as a Delivery Manager at EIS Ltd in 2020.

Natallia also has experience in the gaming industry, having worked as a Project Manager at Wargaming. Natallia was responsible for managing various project teams and collaborating with different departments to release customized tanks and national crew records for the game "Word of Tanks." Natallia utilized Agile Scrum methodology and various project management tools for planning and executing these projects.
