Rita Pušņakova

Rita Pušņakova has a strong background in product management, with experience in various roles within different companies. Rita worked as a Product Manager at EIS Ltd from July 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Owner at Emergn from May 2021 to July 2022. Rita also gained extensive experience at Tieto Latvia, where they held multiple roles including Team Lead/Scrum Master from December 2017 to May 2021, Product Owner from February 2016 to November 2017, Customer Team Manager from May 2015 to January 2016, and Business Analyst from March 2014 to April 2015. During their time at Tieto Latvia, they demonstrated skills in team management, customer communication, data analysis, and requirements gathering.

Rita Pušņakova started their education in the year 2000 at Rezekne University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Social Sciences in Management Science. Rita completed their degree in 2002. In the same year, they also began studying at Riga Technical University, focusing on Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics. Rita graduated from this program in 2003, earning another Master's degree.

After a significant gap in their education, Rita Pušņakova resumed their studies in 2019 at RISEBA University. Rita pursued a Master's degree in Office Management and Supervision and completed their studies in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Rita Pušņakova has obtained two certifications. In May 2022, they achieved the VFQ Foundations certification from VFQ by Emergn. Rita also completed the VFQ Introduction to Product Management certification in the same month and year from the same institution.
