Victor Remez

Victor Remez has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Victor currently holds the position of Director, Delivery Operations at EIS Group Ltd. Prior to this, Victor worked at TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd as a Technical Program Manager, where they supervised and participated in the specification, implementation, testing, and integration of tactical Command & Control systems. Victor also led the design, implementation, and maintenance of a simulation environment for development and debugging purposes.

Before that, Victor was the Chief Technology Officer of the Insight OSE Business Group at Comverse Technology, Inc. In this role, they defined and introduced a software development life cycle methodology to improve product quality and reduce time to market. Victor also provided guidance and assistance to software engineers and testers.

Victor has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Fourth Dimension Software, where they specified, implemented, and supported communication and system infrastructure layers for a Travel Management System. Victor also developed and maintained a unified development environment and configuration management software.

Earlier in their career, Victor served as the Chief Technical Officer at GeoSim Systems, where they supervised the design and implementation of a system for creating and disseminating geographically accurate and photo-realistic 3D models of cities worldwide. Victor also led the specification and implementation of various components for the end-user system.

At Advanced Technologies Ltd, Victor worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead. Victor participated in the development of large-scale distributed Command & Control systems and led the development of data fusion test beds and localization components. Victor also headed a group of scientists and engineers involved in the development of innovative algorithms.

Victor Remez attended the Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University from 1988 to 1990. Victor obtained a Doctor of Engineering - PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering during this period.
