Viktoras Zalpys

Viktoras Zalpys has extensive experience in the architecture and development of enterprise insurance software, currently serving as VP of Architecture and Development at EIS Ltd since August 2015, after progressing from AVP in the same department. Responsibilities include managing a global architecture and development team, leading design activities for software implementations, and directing the software development lifecycle for internal initiatives. Previous roles include expanding an architect group and implementing certification programs, as well as serving as the lead architect for major Canadian insurance projects. Viktoras began a career in software development at Exigen Services, advancing from Junior Programmer to System Architect, while gaining a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Vilnius University.
