Ron Peszko

Ron Peszko is an experienced Plant Operations Manager at EIS since July 2022 and has held multiple roles at Batteries Plus Bulbs, including Screen Repair Supervisor since May 2016. In addition, Ron serves as Production Manager at ADDEV MATERIALS CONVERTING LLC since July 2020 and previously was Plant Manager at EIS Fabrico from 1990 to 2016. Responsibilities across various positions include overseeing production, managing staff attendance, implementing disciplinary actions, and hiring to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety. Ron has a strong background in identifying and resolving production discrepancies using SAP data and has been involved in achieving ISO certification for production processes. Ron studied at MATC from 1988 to 1993.
