Tiffany Donnelly has over 30 years of experience in the IT field, with a diverse background in system administration, development, and service management. Currently serving as a Service Desk Manager at EIS since May 2021, Tiffany previously held positions at Caraustar and Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, where roles included IT and Systems Analyst. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Systems Analyst and Developer at AGC and a Systems Administrator at the National Ground Water Association, contributing to a strong foundation in both technical skills and team leadership.
