Lisa Nadal Chartered McIpd

Lisa Nadal has a strong background in HR and talent development. Lisa currently works as an Associate Director of People at Eisai EMEA. Previously, they held roles as Snr HR Business Partner at Coca-Cola European Partners, Interim Senior HR Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, and HR Business Partner at Coral. Lisa also worked at E.ON Energie, where they served as the Global Learning Business Partner and was responsible for executive and leadership learning across multiple countries. Prior to that, they were an HR Business Partner and Project Manager at E.ON UK, leading various change projects and the implementation of the Green Deal. Lisa's earlier experience includes roles as a Learning and Development Manager at E.ON UK and an HR Change Manager at E.ON. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing learning programs, managing talent pipelines, and leading transformational initiatives.

Lisa Nadal Chartered MCIPD attended Solihull College from 2009 to 2012 where they pursued a Postgraduate CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
