Tim Montondo

Tim Montondo is an experienced professional in customer care and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care for both Eisco Scientific and ENALAS LLC since February 2014. With a foundational career at VWR, Tim held roles including Sales and Technical Support Manager and various category management positions, overseeing product selection and training. Prior experience at Ward's Natural Science involved leadership in catalog marketing and laboratory management, developing key sales support strategies across multiple product lines. Tim holds a BA in Secondary Education from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate's degree in Biology from Finger Lakes Community College.
