Charlie Chavez

Charlie Chavez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charlie began their career as the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at Community Hospital of San Bernardino in 2000 and held the role until 2016. From 2016 to 2022, they served as an Assistant Professor at California State University-San Bernardino, specializing in nursing. During this time, they also worked as the Administrative House Supervisor at Corona Regional Medical Center. In 2017, they joined Riverside University Health System as a Nurse Coordinator, focusing on regulatory compliance. In 2022, Charlie started working at Eisenhower Health as the Director of Quality and Patient Safety Officer. Additionally, they briefly served as the Program Manager at EISENHOWER HEALTH CENTER.

Charlie Chavez, DNP, MSN, RN completed a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Western University of Health Sciences from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, Charlie pursued an MSN with a focus in Case Management at the University of San Diego from 1996 to 1999.
