Chiquita Collins

Chiquita Collins has had a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Chiquita began their career as an Insurance Collector/Biller at CHS- Lutheran Health Network in 2008, where they were responsible for managing accounts receivable, filing claims, and interacting with patients and insurance companies. Chiquita then moved on to CHS- Lea Regional Medical Center, where they held various roles such as Business Office Supervisor, Central Business Office Manager, and Business Office Director from 2009 to 2015. In these roles, they oversaw billing operations, managed staff, and implemented workflow processes. Most recently, Chiquita worked as the Director of Patient Financial Services at Eisenhower Medical Center, where they were responsible for leading the department and ensuring financial compliance.

Chiquita Collins completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology & Psychology at Ball State University from 1995 to 1999. Chiquita later pursued a Master of Science degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2003. Currently, they are engaged in continuing education in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University which they started in 2015.
