Daniel N Rochin III

Daniel N Rochin III, MD, is a dedicated sports medicine fellow at Eisenhower Health since July 2024, with prior experience as an urgent care physician at I-Care Urgent Care from December 2023 to July 2024. Daniel completed a family medicine residency at UHS and Southwest Healthcare, progressing through PGY1 to PGY3 from July 2021 to July 2024. Early career roles include a medical assistant position at DRD Medical PC, where interventional rehabilitation for pain management was a focus, and as a medical scribe at the Urologic Institute of the High Desert. Additionally, Daniel served as an ultrasound model for an MSK course and held a coaching role at the Santa Monica Beach Club Developmental League from 2009 to 2011. Educational qualifications include an MD from Wroclaw Medical University, earned between 2011 and 2017, and a high school diploma from Chatsworth Charter High School, completed in 2010.
