Mike Vanderwerken

Mike VanDerwerken has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacy. Mike worked at Saratoga Hospital, starting as a Staff Pharmacist in April 2017 and later becoming Director of Pharmacy in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Community Health Systems as a Pharmacy Analyst / Project Manager from September 2013 to December 2016. Mike also had experience in PipelineRx as a Staff Pharmacist from June 2012 to August 2015. Additionally, Mike worked as a Head Coach for Skidmore College Polo Team from February 2009 to May 2015. Mike was also the Owner/President of New England Pharmacy Solutions from July 2005 to June 2012. Before that, they worked at St. Peters Hospital as a Pharmacist IV Room from August 2005 to June 2006, at Midcoast Hospital as a Pharmacist from June 2002 to August 2005, and at Hannaford Bros. Co. as a Pharmacist from June 2000 to July 2002.

Mike VanDerwerken received their Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Health Informatics degree in Healthcare Informatics at Louisiana Tech University from 2015 to 2017.
