Melissa Bown has extensive work experience in the healthcare field, with a focus on employee health, infection prevention, and clinical operations. Melissa is currently the Director of Clinical Operations in Employee Health at Eisenhower Health, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Nathan Littauer Hospital for over seven years, holding roles such as Employee Health / Infection Control Practitioner and Employee Health/Infection Prevention Manager. Melissa also worked as a Nurse Practitioner at both Nathan Littauer Hospital and the Johnstown Primary Care Center. Earlier in their career, they served as an Infection Preventionist at Saratoga Hospital and an Adjunct Faculty for the Nursing Program at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.
