Rosalie Yorks Esq., ARM has extensive work experience in various legal and risk management roles. Rosalie currently serves as the Legal Counsel, Director of Litigation, Claims & Insurance at Eisenhower Health, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Legal Counsel/Risk Manager at the same organization from September 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Eisenhower Health, Rosalie worked at Nationwide as a Loss Control Consultant, Senior Living & Human Services from January 2014 to September 2021. Rosalie also gained experience as a Law Clerk (Part Time) at Sarah Weddle Family Law from August 2018 to September 2019.

Rosalie's earlier experience includes a role as a Legal Extern at Cook County Government, Risk Management--General Liability Division in 2016. Rosalie also served as the Vice President of Operations and Risk Management at Chicago Methodist Senior Services from 2011 to 2013, and as a Senior Risk Manager at Insurance Program Managers Group from 2005 to 2011.

Additionally, Rosalie held positions at Plaza Healthcare Group as an Administrator, Regional Director from 2002 to 2004, and at Horizon Bay Retirement Living as an Executive Director in 2002. Rosalie served as the Executive Director of Assisted Living at Chicago Methodist Senior Services from 1996 to 2002, and as the Director of Homemaker Services at Japanese American Service Committee (JASC) from 1995 to 1996.

Rosalie Yorks Esq., ARM holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a Certificate in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Rosalie also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Services Administration from Spertus College Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and French from Alma College. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as ARM from The Institutes, has been admitted to the California Bar by the State Bar of California, and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Illinois.
