Chamira Neelaka Jayamanne

Chamira Neelaka Jayamanne, CPA, M.Accy, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare financial due diligence and transaction advisory services. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Healthcare Financial Due Diligence at EisnerAmper since August 2025, Chamira previously held the position of Senior Managing Director at Ankura from October 2021 to August 2025. Chamira has also been a Managing Director at VMG Health, Senior Manager at Deloitte focusing on M&A Advisory Services, and Senior Manager at EY specializing in M&A financial due diligence. Early career experience includes roles as Audit Senior at Deloitte and Accountant at John Keells Holdings. Chamira holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, along with being a licensed CPA in multiple states and a Chartered Accountant in Sri Lanka.
