Connie Norwell

Connie Norwell is a seasoned professional in campus recruitment and early talent hiring, currently serving as the Campus Recruiting Senior Manager at EisnerAmper since July 2023. In this role, Connie leads strategic on-campus recruitment efforts and manages a team of recruiters, focusing on data-driven methodologies for defining campus strategies across over 10 US markets, resulting in 300+ annual hires.
