Elizabeth Potter is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in campus recruiting and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Campus Recruiting at EisnerAmper since April 2022, Elizabeth previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same capacity. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte as the Lead Recruiter for Campus Programming, overseeing full-cycle recruiting for multiple offices, and at Google as a Tech Intern Recruiter, where management of BS, MS, and PhD intern candidates was a focus. Notable achievements also include recognition as the Top Emerging Recruitment Partner from the New Jersey Institute of Technology while managing on-campus tech recruiting for the Northeast territory at Google. Elizabeth's background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America and a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from the University of San Diego.
