Tammy Dehne

Tammy Dehne is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and talent development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at EisnerAmper since September 2022, Tammy previously held the same title at Lurie, LLP from January 2013 to September 2022, focusing on human capital and talent management. As an Independent Contractor at Dehne Consulting from 2006 to 2012, Tammy provided expertise in human capital and business project management. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director at McGladrey from January 1999 to April 2006, where contributions to talent retention, employee relations, and cultural change were significant. Earlier in the career, Tammy was a Human Resources Manager at PwC from 1994 to 1998, managing staff scheduling and productivity forecasting. Tammy holds an MBA in Business/Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Psychology and Social Work from the University of South Dakota, along with a Good Leadership Certification achieved between 2014 and 2015.
