Pavel Praizler

Pavel Praizler has a diverse range of work experience. Pavel started their career in 2010 and 2011 as a Maintenance worker at The Franciscan Guest House. Pavel then joined Eissmann Group Automotive in 2012, where they held various roles. Pavel worked as a Lean Manager, responsible for implementing a production system based on Toyota's system. Pavel also worked as a Process Engineer, overseeing technical preparation for production. Pavel later became the Head of Project McLaren at the Czech plant, managing several high-profile projects for McLaren, including planning, training, and implementation. Additionally, they served as an SAP PP LKU User, where they designed and optimized SAP processes and managed production processes. Overall, Pavel has extensive experience in production planning, project management, and lean manufacturing.

Pavel Praizler began their education in 2008 at Vyšší odborná škola Plzeň where they pursued a degree in Management dopravy. Pavel completed this program in 2011 and went on to enroll in Vysoká škola obchodní v Praze from 2011 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a degree in Mezinárodní teritoriální studia. Pavel's educational journey continued in 2013 when they attended Akademie produktivity a inovací for a short period of time, earning a degree in Průmyslové inženýrství.
