Master Program Lead Financial Technologies At EIT Digital at EIT Digital

Alvaro Pina Stranger has a diverse work experience spanning various academic institutions and research projects. Alvaro started their career as an Assistant d'espagnol at IUFM in 2002 and later worked as an ATER at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne from 2010 to 2011. Alvaro then joined the Université Paris Dauphine as an Ingénieur de recherches and Doctorant, focusing on the evaluation and control of collective knowledge in biotechnology entrepreneurship. In 2012, they worked as a Chercheur postdoctoral at Ecole des Mines de Paris, contributing to the PERFORMABUSINESS research project on business performativity. Alvaro also served as a Profesor visitante at the Universidad Diego Portales and coordinated the I&E education at EIT University of Rennes 1. Since 2013, they have been an Associate Professor of Management at the Université de Rennes 1 and manages the EIT activities at the University. Additionally, they are the Master Program Lead for Financial Technologies at EIT Digital starting from 2019.

Alvaro Pina Stranger completed a Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Linguistics and Hispanic Literature at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 1997 to 2002. Alvaro then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Education with a specialization in Education Science at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2005, Alvaro earned a Maitrise (M1) degree in Human and Territorial Sciences, with a focus on Institutions, Organizations, and Development from the same institution. Alvaro continued their education at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, obtaining a Master's Degree in Management, specializing in Organization, Innovation, and Development from 2005 to 2006. Alvaro then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Economic Sociology at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, completing it from 2007 to 2011. In January 2012, Alvaro Pina Stranger obtained two qualifications from CNU Section 6 and CNU Section 19, respectively.
