Adam M. Adamek, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Impact Officer (ad interim) at EIT Food, leading cross-functional collaboration and driving revenue generation aligned with impact goals. Adam has extensive experience in innovation leadership, including roles as Director of Innovation at EIT Food, Head of Nutrition Innovation at foodspring, and Management Board Member at Mondelēz International. Adam has a strong background in consumer science, R&D management, and strategic innovation across the food and nutrition sectors, with previous positions at Danone Nutricia Research and Pharma Nord. Adam has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor, conducting research and teaching in food science and public health. Education includes a PhD in Life Sciences from Poznan University of Medical Sciences and a postgraduate program in Strategic Leadership and Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
