Ilario Ingravallo is an experienced professional in food innovation and development, currently serving as the Mission Lead for EIT Food, focusing on reducing risk for a fair and resilient food system since August 2018. Previous roles include Innovation Programme Manager at EIT Food, where Ilario connected various stakeholders to support health and sustainable food initiatives, as well as Senior R&D Innovation & Methodologies Manager at Danone. Ilario's extensive background also includes significant positions at The Coca-Cola Company as a Senior Product Developer and Commercialization & Supply Chain Project Manager, among others. Ilario holds a Master’s degree in Food Studies from Wageningen University & Research and multiple degrees in Food Science and Technology from Italian universities.
